Arranged monthly subscription with ease. Kept informed through process. Happy with service.


I got this subscription for my dads Christmas present & I have to say it was one of the easiest items to order in a long time. Very easy & precise website to use.

All good except Cycling Plus promised a gift of a mini pump which hasn't appeared - so far!

My magazine arrived when they said it would and there has been great communication too.

This company are sending me Radio Times in error. I have never subscribed to this magazine. They do not respond to queries. If I could give negative points I would do so.Ref. the response, I have still not received any apology from the company. They have simply reversed the order that I didn't make in the first place without any further comment.


Because I tried along time ago so wasn’t allowed to try again. Bad move they lost a sale.


How hard is it to put a magazine in an envelope and post it? They are unable to send anything in a timely matter and when they bother to send anything at all it comes damaged or with gifts missing.Purchased 3 issues for £5 to try a new magazine, 'Love Embroidery' all three issues I've had problems caused by buysubscriptions. I never recieved the first issue and had to email to get another sent out. First one arrived 2.5 weeks after publication date in a paper envelope that was completely torn to shreds, the free gift was missing the fabric. A few days later I received another copy in a plastic bag, presumably the 'replacement'. The second arrived 1 week after publication date in another paper envelope that was completely torn all over. Non of my other post arrives like this. The third issue arrived in a plastic bag with the free gift missing. I emailed regarding this and recieved a reply on the 29th that another would be sent out but the delivery deadline had passed and I have still not recieved anything. Can't log into my account and they do not send an email to reset password. Cancelled my direct debit and advised my bank to block them taking further payments. Avoid at all costs, not worth the headache. No wonder the printed media industry is dying.

I paid for a 12-month subscription in early October. Over 2 months later, I still haven't received a single issue.It's been a bit of a frustrating experience all around. Customer service is very slow to respond, though they were quick to charge me. The subscription information for my account is full of errors, from my subscription status (set to "pending" despite having paid) to the date of expiry (they've listed it 3 months earlier than it should be).I understand things are different this year and might be a bit slower, but I don't understand why there are so many mistakes and problems. Disappointing - I was looking forward to receiving the magazine.

Until the last couple of months there have been few problems and I have been a subscriber for years. But my RT has been late or very late (and one didn't turn up at all) most weeks for the last two months or so. My Christmas edition has still not arrived.
